Knights in shining limo attract interest

A medieval experience weekend proved to be the perfect place to show off funeral directors Douglas Mercer and Son’s new fleet of Ford Mondeo hearse and limousine.

East Sussex-based Funeral Arranger/Administrator Nick Darkk and Funeral Director Mark Ellis took part in the Herstmonceux Castle Experience Weekend in May to highlight the benefits of taking out Choice Prepaid Funeral Plans.
They attracted interest from many of the 600-plus visitors who came to look round the castle and see medieval displays of archery, sword fighting and falconry.

Thanks to their efforts, many visitors showed interest in the Choice Plan and took away further information. Nick and Mark plan to attend the event in 2018 with a horse-drawn hearse.
